2.25 oz Zirkova One
.75 Dolin Dry Vermouth
Combine all ingredients in a stirring glass and slowly add a few ice cubes at a time to bring to temperature. Strain into a chilled coup and garnish with a sage leaf. Can also be made with a classic lemon twist.

.75 oz Lillet Blanc
.75 oz Equal Parts Giffards Crème de Cacao + Nux Alpine Walnut Liqueur
.75 oz Lemon Juice
Combine all ingredients in tin canister and hard shake. To serve, pour through strainer into a chilled coup.
2 oz Zirkova
¾ oz Cucumber Water
½ oz Lime Juice
½ oz Simple Syrup
3 oz Jasmine Water
Combine all ingredients in tin canister and shake to temperature. Strain over fresh ice into your choice of highball-like glassware (recommended Moroccan Tea Glass) and garnish with a ribbon of cucumber.
2 oz Zirkova Together
.25 oz Zirbenz Pine Liqueur
.25 oz Lime Juice
3 oz Q Tonic
Build this cocktail directly into a highball glass adding the Q Tonic last. Stir the cocktail with the licorice stick a couple of times in order to combine all flavors.
