is the beverage director of New York Times three-star restaurant, Cosme, from chef Enrique Olvera, as well as his new café, Atla. Born and raised in the Bronx, Yana has been designing beverage programs in New York City for 15 years. Yana's philosophy is centered on exploring that which is both fundamental and magical in flavor profiles, using her palate as her most essential tool to create balanced and elegant cocktails and pairings. Yana fell in love with the idea of "storytelling in a glass" while working alongside some of New York City's best bartenders in the zeitgeist Lower Manhattan restaurant, Freemans and went on to create the beverage program for Russ & Daughters Café before joining Enrique Olvera's team.
